All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. We try our best to ship in 1 business day. 

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Tracking

All eligible orders include tracking. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.


 

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.


 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, delivery delays are outside our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim where applicable.
